Hi. I’m Murielle.

I started my own bookkeeping business 14 years ago and focused on providing freelance bookkeeping and payroll services to a select group of clients in South Africa.

My oldest son Justin just finished his studies as a bookkeeper and Pastel Expert at UTC. He has now joint our firm and together as a team we are ready to offer our services and expertise to you.

Our freelance services include:

• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow Statements
• Budgets
• Profit & Loss Accounts
• Bank Reconciliations
• Bookkeeping
• SARS returns submissions (E-Filing) and provisional tax calculations) and dealing with any SARS issues. Etc.

OUR FEES:

Here is what we do and how we do it:

Give us your last three (3) months bank statements and any other documents for the last 90 odd days.

We will bring everything up to date and give you back a full financial report.

WITH this report we will include a tender/quotation to take over your companies bookkeeping based on what we seen and experienced.

Cost for this once off, freelance booking service package is:

BASIC: Very Small Business: R3500

STANDARD: Small Business: R7000

BIGGER Companies: Price On Request.

WORK ON THESE COST GUIDELINES:

Our fee structure starts from R2750 p/m for a small business but our fees and services are extremely flexible so that you only have to buy and pay for what you need.
