I have worked as an Executive and Personal Assistant for managers and CEO’s for 12 years.

Today I am working from home as Virtual Assistant and I am available 24 hours a day, 6 days a week.

I have a small team of like-minded freelancers who help me, depending on my workload, however – everything I deliver goes through my hands BEFORE delivery.

MY FEES:

Basic Fee: R1750 for 5+1 hours. I usually spend about 1 hour before taking on a job to communicate with you to make sure we are on the same page.

I require a 15% up front fee before looking at your specific request and outcome requirements before taking on any job. This is not refundable BUT deductible from your final bill.

I may, depending on your needs, ask you to pay a deposit of up to 45% on my final tender or quotation.

But I usually only ask a deposit for first time clients OR if the job specs will require me to call on my team to help me execute the tender or project.

Your deposit will be safe in an ESCROW account and can only be released on completion of the job as mutually agreed.
