I provide comprehensive, expert Personal & Commercial insurance claims handling services, based on 60 years of practical experience and insurance technical knowledge and qualification of the highest standard.

In 1964, upon obtaining the Associate Qualification of the Chartered Insurance Institute of the UK, I was awarded the Stanley Brown Prize for the highest pass mark, internationally, in the A.C.I.I qualifying examination. The comprehensive claims handling service that I provide is restricted to policy holders requiring these services and NOT to Insurance Companies or their appointed agents or loss assessors.

My loyalty is restricted to my client, the Policy Holder. I am therefore on the opposite side of the fence from Insurers, their appointed agents and/or assessors acting on their behalf. The services that I offer to my clients comprise of any or all of the following, depending on the client's need: Guidance on the initial notification of loss occurrences to the Insurer and the subsequent essential correct completion of claims reporting documentation submitted to insurers and/or brokers.

Guiding and assisting clients in the correct formulation of claims to be submitted. The submission of claims to insurers and/or brokers and/or the assessor acting on behalf of the insurer. The monitoring of progress with claims submitted to any of the above and the possibility of occurrence of professional negligence affecting the recovery rights of the client.

Assisting clients in claims settlement negotiations with insurers and/or their appointed assessor. If it becomes necessary assisting clients in the lodging of complaints that require to be referred to the Ombudsman for insurance.
